Q: What are your delivery fees and coverage area?
A: Our delivery area covers the entire City of Springfield, MO for a $8.00 delivery fee. We also cover many surrounding areas:
Willard, Republic, and Battlefield are all $8.00 delivery fees,
Bois D' Arc, Nixa, and Rogersville are all $10.00 fees
Ash Grove and Walnut Grove are $12.00 delivery fees.
Ozark is a $14.00 delivery fee.
And we have all the time FREE delivery to Springfield Funeral Homes and Springfield Hospitals*.

Q: How often do you deliver and what is your cut-off time?
A: We deliver twice daily Monday through Friday at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Orders leaving here at 10:30 a.m. usually arrive before 1:00 p.m. and orders leaving here at 12:30 p.m. usually get delivered by 5:00 p.m. Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. for same day delivery. On Saturday, we have one delivery, orders must be in by 11:00 a.m. and will leave out for delivery at 11:30 a.m. Any other special delivery times or questions, give us a call (417)868-0128 and we will try to help you as best as we can. Q: Are you able to take an order for delivery outside your delivery area?
A: Absolutely, we are partners with Flower Shop Network which allows to accommodate orders that need to be made in another state.
Q. What does 'Designer's Choice' mean?
A: 'Designer's Choice' is a term used to describe an arrangement made by the floral designer's own whims and creativity. The team of florists chosen to be a part of Orchard Hills Floral are a talented group of people based on skill and knowledge and you can rest easy when you let them have their way on an arrangement you purchase under 'Designer's Choice'.
Q. I just received an arrangement, how do I make it last longer?
A. Great question! The answer varies a little and depends on a couple things; type of flowers, container and care you give it. If you received a vase arrangement, pull out the flowers in your fist to change out the water every other day and when you do, make sure to cut the stems. If you received a container arrangement with foam, make sure to add water every other day and that it soaks the foam thoroughly.

In the event you are dissatisfied with what you ordered, please call our store at (417) 868-0128 to discuss any issues that you have with our products or service. We will make every effort to ensure your 100% satisfaction. We will replace that arrangement with another of equal value free of charge.
